absolutely horrendous experience, uv clarifier arrived with broken glass tube, been trying to make contact for a week without success telephones not manned can only raise 1 ticket or go to back of queue, ironic but if you ask a question on ebay items they answer have a problem and totally ignored, i would recommend not using them and look elsewhere

rubbish. broke after 3 months, customer service don't reply.

have dealt with this company on several occassions, and every time they have delivered on time or early.all my purchases have been of a high quality, and do what the description says.well done allpondkeep up the good work.

I was in search of a part for my external aquarium. I couldn't find it anywhere so I contacted APS as they are quite responsive. I'm happy to recommend APS for their customer service and products they supply. I was quickly contacted, part searched but alas it is not in stock, so, I have to wait. Hopefully it will be in soon but it's not an urgent part.

The pond pump I bought for my small pond is absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend it for anyone who has a small pond.

I purchased a external filter worked fine but a bit noise. So I emailed them about it and they sent out parts to me with no cost to me. Then they final sent out a complete new head unit. Which was the problem. Fantastic service and could not be more happier ?

The pond kit was delivered promptly and was very well wrapped to avoid any damage. Clear instructions were included in the pack although I was also able to download a set from the website.

Website was very easy to work through to find what i was looking for.I had no questions to ask the team,i just ordered what i wanted and it was delivered very quicly.I would recommend this company.

Do not use this company unless you KNOW your items will always work and you NEVER need to contact them. I have a faulty item. Sent numerous emails... no reply... they phone lines are permanently switched off. To also make things worse, after ignoring my emails and phone calls, they have the audacity to send me an email saying "hurry our sale ends soon". Joke of a company. Be warned!

Purchased a boyu 198 Ltd tank set up from them in Dec 2020. They inform you that the carrier they use will notify you before it delivered. Wrong: Found the whole setup sitting outside my home when i got home. On Setting up the tank found that the powerhead was missing bits, There web site is a waste of time and response time to issue is shocking. Please, whatever you do dont buy this tank. it looks great, but it rubbish.Woke up on Sunday to find that the tank is leaking from the seams only had it setup 2 weeks. Tried to call but sales lines are closed. raised various tickets via there website about the problem. They will send you a notication that one of there team will get in contact with you shortly about your issue. It know been 5 days since i rasied the issue and still waiting for a responce on how they intend to resolve the matter. Will never purchase a thing from this company again Shocking. Update 22.01.2021.Day 6 and still no responce. Spoken with citizen advice who are going to get in contact with Trading Standard. looking at the reviews on trustpilot and Amazon i not alone with this issue. So maybe the only option left for customers is to buy pass the All Pet Solution Team and get in contact with the MD directly. that what i intend to do if my issues is not been resolved by the 25th Jan

I ordered an impeller for my pond pump, after 2 weeks I decided to contact them as I had not received the item.I was told they were out of stock and would be refunded within 3-5 working days.I find this service is not acceptable, the item is still showing in stock on the website, so others may experience this issue.I find it unacceptable that after 2 weeks I received no contact with an update and had to contact the company myself.Needless to say, I would not recommend using this company and will not be doing so in the future.

I bought one of these filters some years ago and it's been running ever since, keeping my pond clear. However, recently it stopped working and I'm not that good at taking things apart so I decided to get a new one. The water had been very dirty for a couple of weeks but, within 48 hours, it was crystal clear again. I'm delighted with the quality of this item, the quick delivery and, although I didn't use it, there is a good support system as well. My fish are very pleased.

Recently bought some spare parts for my external filter, and a UV system for my aquarium, great prices, great service and awesome customer service, when I had an enquiry on setting up the UV.. cant fault them..

Over the years I have purchased several filter and lighting systems from APS without any problems. However, I did recently run into a problem with UV bulbs failing in one of the filters. I tried about 6 different bulbs and was getting very frustrated. I sent in an email, got some advice back, but it did not make any difference. I then sent another email asking if the situation could be resolved by supplying me with a new part. I didn’t really expect they would. But I was wrong, a new power/ballast unit was posted out and arrived very quickly, so all is well, it works. Despite all the negative reviews I can’t fault the products or the support. My thanks to Beckie a Customer Services Advisor who made things happen.
